I’m in New York State, preaching for my college pal, Dave Tosi, and today we drove to Hyde Park to visit FDR’s Home the Presidential Library. Franklin and Eleanor could not have been more hospitable.
Springwood Estate – FDR’s house, though it really belonged to Mother.
It was very nice, but not quite as large as I expected.
FDR’s Scottish Terrier Fala is buried there too.
The most moving part of the trip — Original manuscript of FDR’s D-Day Radio Prayer.
